Terms and Conditions

My Selfie Pitch offers résumé writing, cover letter creation, and related career documentation services. Services are customized based on the information provided by the client.

• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your consultation.
   
• The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery of the first draft.
   
• Accepted forms of payment are Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App. Payment instructions will be provided via email.
   
• Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received.
   

Turnaround time is typically discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. Expedited services may be available for an additional fee.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including previous résumés, job interests, and relevant background.
   
• Responding to communications in a timely manner.
   
• Reviewing and approving drafts within the timeline discussed.
   

• Up to two rounds of revisions are included with each service, if requested within 7 days of draft delivery.
   
• Additional revisions may incur a fee.
   

Due to the personalized nature of résumé writing, all payments are non-refundable once the draft has been delivered.

Final documents will be delivered digitally via email in PDF and/or Word format, depending on the client’s preference.

All personal information, résumés, and communication will remain confidential and will never be shared or sold.

My Selfie Pitch reserves the right to use anonymized versions of résumés or testimonials for marketing purposes. No identifying details will ever be shared without written consent.
